The International Standard style includes five dances: Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep. The most obvious trait of this style is that the two dance partners always maintain the closed dance hold.

The International Latin style also consists of five dances: Cha-Cha, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble, and Samba. The fun and liveliness of the dances hold a strong appeal for everyone.

This includes the hot caribbean rhythms of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue,Bachata and more.
The ever popular Argentine Tango, Freestyle, Street, Hip Hop
Classical Sequence, Modern and latin Sequence.
