Do I need a dance partner?
No not at all.
Do I have to book classes?
No just turn up for Social Classes at the appropriate time.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable and casual.
What kind of shoes should I wear?
Any comfortable shoes will do, dance shoes can be purchased later on if you wish.
I have never danced before.
No matter, we have a total beginners class starting every week because we have more than one class operating at the same time.
How many dances will I learn?
Its up to you. We cover all styles and all rhythms in our social Classes. You can choose to start and finish at any time so you can learn as many dances as you wish. Our classes are geared up to produce a starter package with most popular dances first.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, not under 2 and not over 99.
What are the benefits of Learning to dance?
Regular, non stressful, interactive mental and physical exercise, (2 hours of dancing burns off more calories than jogging for 5 miles or swimming for an hour.) Oh and you also get a social life and a good circle of friends!
Will I learn the latest dances?
You certainly will, we are a progressive school keeping abreast of all the latest trends.
Are my teachers Qualified?
Yes, Premier Dancing has IDTA qualified teachers at the highest levels.
I work shifts and can't come every week. Will I be able to keep up?
We have two classes running in tandem every week so that shift workers can alternate freely from one to the other on different days, there should be no problem.
